The copious judicial documentation in this regard has outlined the evolution of the structure of what has been defined by the magistrates "without the theme of denial, the most powerful mafia group operating in Campania...from the more connotations similar to the Sicilian mafia organizations than to the remaining chamoristic organizations bells"119.

It, in fact, is now judicially ascertained also in other territories with the presence of affiliates in different regions of Italy, in particular in Veneto and Emilia Romagna, as well as abroad, where they would manage the profits of illegal activities guaranteeing also the money laundering in legal activities.

With regard to the entrepreneurial vocation of the clan of CASALESI, several times enshrined in judicial judgments128, particularly significant is the operation of the DIA concluded the 14 luglio 2022 in Naples, Caserta and Latina with which were seized129 2 construction companies, 20 buildings, vehicles and financial availability, for a total value of 4 million euros, with 2 entrepreneurs operating in the fields of waste and construction.

The investigation revealed that the companies subjected to seizure would acquire the monopoly of the disposal of waste in Campania under the close ties with organized crime and, in particular, with the ZAGARIA faction of the CASALESI clan.

SEMESTRAL REPORT AT PARLIAMENT an apical exponent of the SCHIAVONE family and from what emerged, the latter, after its dismissal in 2019, would have used to reactivate contacts with the clan in order to reappropriate the considerations due to him for facilitating some entrepreneurs in the award of contracts.

The immuted pervasiveness of camoristic criminal offences in infiltration and conditioning of the local economic and political fabric has led the authorities responsible for the intensification of the Antimafia Prevention Presidents.

In this area, the 18 dicembre 2022 has been decreed the dissolution for mafia infiltration of the municipal council of Sparanise (CE)133, adopted because of the investigation results emerging in the investigation conducted by the Polizia di Stato, under the coordination from the DDA of Naples, on the entrustment of the services to the different social provinces that, in Caserta.

In the same period, the Prefect of Caserta issued 18 interdictive measures Antimafia towards companies considered to be attributable or permeable by Camoristic clans. The CASALESI clan does not exhaust the criminal panorama of the province of Caserta.

In fact, autonomous partnerships remain in the territory, such as the BELFORTE clan (cd. "MAZZACANE"), active in the municipalities of Marcianise and in the neighboring ones of San Nicola la Strada, San Marco Evangelista, Casagiove, Recale, Macerata Campania, San Prisco, Maddaloni and San Felice a Cancello.

The clan, with a strong family connotation and a high military capacity, uses numerous satellite groups to manage its illicit activities, consisting mainly of extortion in the damage of commercial activities and traffic of narcotics.

Recently significant reports have been reported by the clan with camoristic groups of the northern hinterland of Naples that would endorse the astonishment intended for the squares of barracks.

The BELFORTE clan, although weakened by the arrest of numerous prominent exponents, can still count on significant economic solidity.

In this regard, the measure of capital prevention134 carried out, last 26 ottobre 2022, is also indicated, with 2 entrepreneurs from the area of concrete and catering, considered to be contiguous to the aforementioned partnership. The order, which springs from

Recent significant events have not been recorded in Sessa Aurunca and Mondragone, historical strongholds of the GAGLIARDI-FRAGNOLI-PAGLIUCA, heirs of the LA TORRE family, linked to the BIDOGNETTI.

The same valley for Cellole, Carinola, Falciano del Massico and Roccamonfina, where is confirmed the weakening of the ESPOSITO clan, said of the MUZZONI, like what happened to Santa Maria Capua Vetere, where are historically present the group DEL GAUDIO (BELLAGIÒ) and the antagonist FAVA.

The territory of the agro would instead fall under the influence of the SCHIAVONE clans and BIDOGNETTI while the ZAGARIA family would influence the Municipalities of Casapesenna and Trentola Ducenta.

Particular criticality is found along the coast of Domizio, on the border with the agro having, where the spread of narcotics by Italian and foreign subjects would be widespread.

In the area there is also the growing operation of elements coming from the Neapolitan hinterland that would try to cut out spaces of influence in the local criminal context and, in particular, in the traffic to which some criminous episodes recorded in the semester in the mondragonese area and still subject to investigation.

In the territory of the Municipalities of Sparanise, Pignataro Maggiore, Francolise, Calvi Risorta, Teano, Pietramelara, Vairano Patenora, Caiazzo and Piedimonte Matese, would operate the PAPA family, historically federated to the SCHIAVONE clan.

The group LUBRANO-LIGATO137, also historically federated to the clan "SCHIAVONE" and dedicated, in particular, to the extortion.
